Ariane & Cohyn’s Mock Engagement Session | A Fun and Energetic Couple Shoot

Some photo sessions just flow effortlessly, and my mock engagement session with Ariane and Cohyn was exactly that.

As I continue building my wedding and engagement portfolio, Ariane and Cohyn graciously volunteered to step in front of the camera and help me create images that capture the joy, connection, and excitement of a newly engaged couple.

From the moment we started, their energy was contagious. They were playful, relaxed, and clearly enjoyed being together, which made my job incredibly easy. Their natural chemistry shone through in every photo, creating images that feel authentic, romantic, and full of life.

What I loved most about this session was how willing they were to trust the process. Whether sharing a laugh, walking hand in hand, or simply enjoying a quiet moment together, they brought genuine emotion to every shot.

Mock engagement sessions are a fantastic way for photographers to build their portfolio and for couples to get comfortable in front of the camera. In this case, it also resulted in a beautiful collection of images that truly reflect Ariane and Cohyn’s fun-loving personalities.
