1. Overview

This website is operated by Doug Boneschansker Photography. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the website or completing a purchase.

2. Products & Services

Doug Boneschansker Photography provides photography prints, photo session bookings, digital downloads, and online courses/workshops.
All products and services are described as accurately as possible. However, colors, tones, and presentation may vary slightly between screens and print formats.

3. Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
No GST/HST is charged, as Doug Boneschansker Photography is a small supplier under the CRA’s $30,000 annual revenue threshold.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of photography prints, digital downloads, courses, and personalized sessions, refunds and exchanges are not available once an order or booking is completed.
If your physical print arrives damaged, please email info@dougbonesphotography.ca within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue for a replacement.

5. Courses & Workshops

All courses, digital downloads, and workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If a live workshop or event is canceled or rescheduled by Doug Boneschansker Photography, registrants will be offered a full credit or a new date.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, course materials, videos, and written content on this website are the exclusive property of Doug Boneschansker Photography and protected by copyright law.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

7. Liability

By purchasing any product or service, you agree that Doug Boneschansker Photography is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from use of our services, products, or materials.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is collected solely for order fulfillment and communication purposes and will never be sold or shared.
