REFUND POLICY

Tax: No GST/HST is charged. Doug Boneschansker Photography is a small supplier under the CRA’s $30,000 annual revenue threshold.

All sales are final. Each print, photography session, and digital product is custom-prepared, and due to the nature of personalized and limited-edition artwork, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted once an order is placed.

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at info@dougbonesphotography.ca with photos of the issue. Replacement prints will be issued at no additional cost when damage is verified by the carrier.

Photography session booking fees and retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. These fees reserve your date and cover the time spent planning and preparing for your session. If a session is rescheduled due to weather, illness, or other circumstances approved by Doug Boneschansker Photography, the booking fee may be applied to a new date.

Courses & Workshops:
All course and workshop purchases are final and non-transferable. Once enrolled, access to materials, downloads, or live sessions cannot be refunded or exchanged, regardless of participation. If a workshop is postponed or canceled by Doug Boneschansker Photography, registrants will receive full credit or the option to reschedule.
